The eight-week study sought to empower students with an understanding of what being a disciple means and having an ability to implement the practices of disciples. At the conclusion of the workshop, students were equipped to begin meeting with two or three students, training them to be disciple-making disciples. The need for this training was significant due to an apparent void of university students who are disciple-making disciples. This ministry research model will include: a rationale for a mentor-enabled assimilation process; an explanation of how to implement the plan in a local church; a description of the qualifications of mentors and how to enlist and train them; four representative lessons of a twelve-lesson curriculum; and a teaching plan for the mentors for each of the included four lessons.
