A seminar was facilitated to develop each participant's cognitive, affective, and behavioral readiness for ministry.  The goals of this project were to research resources relatd to preparing for God's call, to develop teaching materials to assist students in developing a vision to carry out God's call, and to equip students to carry out their call to Christian ministry.  A paired-sample T-Test was calculated to compare the mean pretest score to the mean post-test score. The project began by researching the nature and function of church membership from a biblical perspective, methods for orienting new church members, and curriculum design.
