Selected resources available for training in Bible study teaching skills were compared and contrasted to develop the curriculum for training. The selected teachers received instruction and handouts to reinforce the instruction. The format for instruction was determined by the results of the research. Research was conducted regarding the psychological development of teenagers and how their development relates to interpersonal relationship skills. Current research in books, journals, and online resources were used for further study of interpersonal relationship skills. Several high school counselors were interviewed to find out how these skills impact students in schools.
