Both the descriptive survey method and the experimental method were employed in the project.  A six session training module was developed and implemented.  The training module addressed teh immediate nurture and care for adullt new Christians.  Three hypothese were projected. The leaders defined the church's mission and composed a purpose statement for Whispering Pines.  The work group identififed the Sudnay School organization as the primary base for ministry. Demonstrating an improved understanding of conflict, improving existing styles and skills of conflict management, and developing strategies that facilitate reconciliation were the goals of this project.  The project methodology included lectures, discussion, role plays, case studies, and questionnaires on conflict management. Examination of post-evaluation data indicates goals were reached.
