The project included conducting two focus groups with unchurched students.  A strategy planning team of sixteen students and adults were recruited from the church fellowship.  Two training sessions and three strategy sessions were conducted.  Several types of evaluation were used including expert evaluation, team member evaluation, and pastoral reflection.  A monthly implementation review team was selected, and the church voted in a monthly business meeting to adopt the strategy.
