The project director explored the demographics concerning Shiloh Baptist Church and Saraland, Alabama; explored existing methods of church health and strategy building; developed a strategy to enhance church health at Shiloh Baptist Church by selecting a team, administering a valid and reliable church health assessment, compiling the results of the assessment, and developing a strategy; and presented the strategy to the deacons of Shiloh Baptist Church. The project director increased his knowledge in disciple-making strategies and his skill in strategic planning. A strategy planning team was selected and trained to develop a disciple-making strategy based on the demographic research and other disciple-making strategies discovered by the project director. The curriculum was developed based on the words of Jesus, 'Follow me and I will make you become fishers of men' (Mk. 1:17 NAS).  The selected believers participated in the developed six-week discipleship study that contained two weeks on following Jesus, two weeks on Jesus' conforming the believer and two weeks on the Christian's responsibility in soul winning.  The study included group meetings followed by daily, individual lessons, Monday through Friday.  The participants were evaluated before, during, and after the study.
