It reveals the author's theology of ministry derived from family and church background, and shaped by educational and vocational experiences.  It is based on the conviction that stewardship should be seen as a total life orientation--the glad and willing response to God's love and man's need. This conviction is supported by biblical and theological foundations. The project consisted of six classes where personality and stewardship tests were given.  Discussions about the biblical view of stewardship and one's own feelings, fears, motivations, and needs took place.
