The result of this project was a workshop that taught the Lord's Prayer as the scriptural basis, the prayer of the heart as the meditative process model, and journaling as an evaluative method.  The project was carried out in a prayer workshop in the First Baptist Church of Okeene, Oklahoma in February, 1984.  The workshop setting allowed a free interchange of ideas and dealt with the needs of the individual participants.
