The issue was the development of a resource which could aid staff members to work together in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.  United Methodism's 'quadrilateral court of appeal' was utilized as the hermeneutic, for those guidelines allow for variety in developing a teamwork style in ministry. Consideration was given to organizational theory and leadership styles.  The model involved a questionnaire for staff members and a workshop. For the Episcopal Church with a catholic heritage, this presents the opportunity for evangelism in proclamation, catechesis and worship.  One form of proclamation is the evangelistic call.  The project consisted of reporting on evangelistic calls that were unstructured and person-centered.
