Caring is a challenging task and a very rewarding task. This project produces a comprehensive manual that provides compassionate care to the end of life patients and families of Chinese ethnic origin and Christian faith.  There are different sections for families how to plan for the end of life and take care of their own health. Over the 8 weeks of the course students were exposed to biblical teachings on divorce and remarriage and how these teachings tend to be organized into biblical positions. While students were not compelled to embrace a particular position, they were encouraged to draw definite conclusions based upon teachings. Current models, however, have been deficient in teaching the basics of spiritual warfare based solely on biblical principles. This project, therefore, developed lectures on three basic biblical principles of spiritual warfare, taught accompanying lessons, and evaluated learning outcomes to identify if men were conditioned for battle-ready leadership. The research plan included one goal with four objectives. Journal assignments provided the majority of affective data to measure if and how goal accomplishment was achieved. The main objective was to implement five different components into the small group ministry with the hope that group participation would increase to a percentage which reflected Central Church's stated vision that small groups were an important way to connect. The report began with a survey of psychological, sociological, and theological insights into male depression.  The support group consisted of eight weekly sessions with homework assignments drawn from CR material, Hart's book, and daily devotionals. The key conclusion of the project was that depressed Christian men can be aided significantly through an integrated, Bible-based support group. This project evaluated core classes in light of the Apostle Paul's goal of strengthening churches and their members, the biblical content of the kerygma and the didache necessary to strengthen every Christian, the means of instruction for facilitating lifelong learning, and the means of assessing the progress of the learners as a result of the teaching. The research design combines feedback from church leadership and participants as well as non-participants in the classes through surveys and open-ended interviews. This project introduces small group ministry to Grace Baptist Church of Cedarville, Ohio through the development and evaluation of a pilot program. This congregation's conservative roots, circumstances, and culture required strong biblical and theological evidence of the validity of small groups. A small group model was adopted and tested in a thirteen week pilot program. The model aimed to strengthen biblical community and spiritual formation. As the divine architect of marriage, God offers guidelines for insuring a healthy pursuit of marital intimacy. Thus this project has, with necessary limitations, developed a unit within the undergraduate course, 'Theology of marriage' at Central Bible College, describing a perspective of a theology of marital intimacy.
