Six business persons met monthly with the pastor for one year. Thorugh a series of educational experiences and discussions, they developed a plan of ministry.  The project was based on a laboratory, or think tank, kind of model.  As a result of this extensive process the plan was well thought out, relevant, and tailored to the needs of the business persons in this particular local church. Although plans to develop a formal and on-going peer counseling support system failed, the young people responded well to the opportunity to share their own experiences with beverage alcohol.
