Qualitative analysis found six preliminary leadership characteristics: vision, faith, view of church, developing lay people, leading relationally, and practical implementation."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["c654e922-76d0-4427-ac29-e286b7997781"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799714911326044160,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T01:38:07.785Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T14:31:51Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T01:45:06Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"4f2b5f89-24d4-493c-af08-8cb7dc0a6364","accessControl_ssim":["8d4d6c9b-0b22-4e42-97ed-fcf27d672779"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Training for planting healthy churches in Latin America: an assessment of Multiplication Network's module 1-3"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T14:31:51Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T00:27:28Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["e03cf90e-a629-4057-8b73-a31f56ac86fd"],"hasLease_ssim":["8094868f-22b9-4fa8-a098-fe0bcad969bc"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"advisor_tesim":["Craig Ott"],"year_tesim":["2011"],"location_tesim":["Latin America"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["John Stephen Wagenveld"],"publisher_tesim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"subject_tesim":["Missionaries--Training of","Missions","Church development, New"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This project assessed the Multiplication Network Ministry (MNM) training pedagogy and strategic process for church planters in Latin America. This project examines one of the ways to increase effectiveness in church planting through the development and execution of a church-based church planting residency program. It examines the assessment, training, and support provided to church planters through case studies of two different types of church planting residency programs. These case studies outline the assessment and recruitment strategies, and then examines their training and equipping models. Finally, it describes how these planters are supported after completing their residency. The goal of this study is to assist Ambassador Church in developing a church-based church planting residency program. A summary of the findings from the two case studies is found in eight best practices."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["c654e922-76d0-4427-ac29-e286b7997781"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799716982070706176,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T02:11:02.601Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T13:08:01Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T02:48:00Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"94b40cc2-810e-445f-bfd2-a529f82b8e03","accessControl_ssim":["13a23917-5b06-46c6-b128-09ff665499e9"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Preparing mission students to do contextual theology"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T13:08:00Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T02:29:08Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["450f5d48-2ea0-434a-8253-57a0cc7d216c"],"hasLease_ssim":["704c0b12-1552-4c33-a6cf-f47d1613e9ce"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"advisor_tesim":["Craig Ott"],"year_tesim":["2009"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Andrew Robert Wood"],"keyword_tesim":["Theology, Contextual"],"publisher_tesim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"subject_tesim":["Missions--Study and teaching","Theology--Methodology","Strategy","Missions","Missions--Theory"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["Responding to the recent growth of non-Western Christianity, missiologists are debating the need to contextualize not only the outward forms of the church, but theology itself.  The idea of a 'self-theologizing' church is biblically grounded, yet it is still an unfamiliar practice for evangelicals.  This project involved restructuring an undergraduate mission theology course to familiarize students with the need for theological contextualization, to give the experience in facilitating a 'hermeneutical community,' and to guide them in devising a personal theology of mission.  Written and oral surveys, participant observation, and analysis of student work indicated partial achievement of course goals."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["c654e922-76d0-4427-ac29-e286b7997781"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799719308841975808,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T02:48:01.583Z","score":1.0}],"facets":[{"name":"resource_type_sim","items":[{"value":"Unknown","hits":11,"label":"Unknown"},{"value":"Dissertation","hits":1,"label":"Dissertation"}],"label":"Resource Type"},{"name":"creator_sim","items":[{"value":"Andrew Robert Wood","hits":1,"label":"Andrew Robert Wood"},{"value":"Brian Daniel Dix","hits":1,"label":"Brian Daniel Dix"},{"value":"Donald P Whipple","hits":1,"label":"Donald P Whipple"},{"value":"Greg M St. Cyr","hits":1,"label":"Greg M St. Cyr"},{"value":"John Stephen Wagenveld","hits":1,"label":"John Stephen Wagenveld"},{"value":"John W Mehn","hits":1,"label":"John W Mehn"}],"label":"Creator Sim"},{"name":"contributor_sim","items":[],"label":"Contributor"},{"name":"keyword_sim","items":[{"value":"Theology, Contextual","hits":2,"label":"Theology, Contextual"}],"label":"Keyword"},{"name":"subject_sim","items":[{"value":"Church development, New","hits":5,"label":"Church development, New"},{"value":"Missions","hits":4,"label":"Missions"},{"value":"Evangelistic work","hits":2,"label":"Evangelistic work"},{"value":"Home missions","hits":2,"label":"Home missions"},{"value":"Strategy","hits":2,"label":"Strategy"},{"value":"Alcohol","hits":1,"label":"Alcohol"}],"label":"Subject"},{"name":"location_sim","items":[{"value":"Germany","hits":1,"label":"Germany"},{"value":"Latin America","hits":1,"label":"Latin America"}],"label":"Location"},{"name":"language_sim","items":[{"value":"English","hits":12,"label":"English"}],"label":"Language"},{"name":"publisher_sim","items":[{"value":"Trinity Evangelical Divinity School","hits":12,"label":"Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"}],"label":"Publisher"},{"name":"date_created_sim","items":[],"label":"Date Created"},{"name":"types_sim","items":[{"value":"Text","hits":12,"label":"Text"}],"label":"Type"},{"name":"year_sim","items":[{"value":"2010","hits":2,"label":"2010"},{"value":"2015","hits":2,"label":"2015"},{"value":"2007","hits":1,"label":"2007"},{"value":"2008","hits":1,"label":"2008"},{"value":"2009","hits":1,"label":"2009"},{"value":"2011","hits":1,"label":"2011"}],"label":"Year"},{"name":"format_sim","items":[],"label":"Format"},{"name":"member_of_collections_ssim","items":[{"value":"Trinity Evangelical Divinity School","hits":12,"label":"Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"}],"label":"Collections"},{"name":"degree_sim","items":[{"value":"Unknown","hits":12,"label":"Unknown"}],"label":"Degree"},{"name":"discipline_sim","items":[],"label":"Discipline"},{"name":"degree_granting_institution_sim","items":[{"value":"Trinity Evangelical Divinity School","hits":12,"label":"Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"}],"label":"Degree Granting Institution"},{"name":"department_sim","items":[],"label":"Department"},{"name":"funder_name_sim","items":[],"label":"Funder Name"},{"name":"event_title_sim","items":[],"label":"Event Title"},{"name":"event_date_sim","items":[],"label":"Event Date"},{"name":"institution_sim","items":[{"value":"Atla RIM","hits":12,"label":"Atla RIM"}],"label":"Host Institution"}],"pages":{"current_page":1,"next_page":2,"prev_page":null,"total_pages":2,"limit_value":10,"offset_value":0,"total_count":12,"first_page?":true,"last_page?":false}}}
