Eighty-seven cross-cultural church planters and eleven mission agency executives were surveyed in order to understand better current practices of missionary selection and requirements for missionary service.  Church planters appraised the value of their pre-field training and practical experience.  Mission agency executives explained their process for candidate selection. The project details as a case study the strategy application in the planting of a local church among the middle class people of northern Buenos Aires.
