The project also researched the writings of the major Princeton theologians: Alexander, the Hodges, and Warfield, noting the many references they made to the elements of power encounter.  The Princetonians wrote from a Reformed and exegetical perspective.  The author concludes that the Princetonians offer much needed biblical counsel regarding power encounter.  Miracles are not denied; but, miraculous gifts are refuted for the post-apostolic church upon biblical grounds.  Great care must be taken in verifying alleged miracles. Five case studies are included.  The author has personally visited several such programs in Ghana and in Nigeria.  A step-by-step plan for establishing primary health care centers is discussed. The project concludes with a chapter on evaluation.  The wholistic approach is taken in health care delivery. Traditional methods of presenting the Gospel have been largely ineffective.  This project offers a contextualization model which focuses on the use of the Qur'an as a bridge to Islamic thinking.  It presents a philosophical/theological model which employs the Schaefferian line-of-despair which is adapted to Muslims.
