After building a theoretical and historical base, the philosophy and religion program was reviewed.  Methdology included circulating questionnaires to faculty, students, and graduates.  A set of criteria was used to evaluate the school, noting strengths and weaknesses. The examples of church planting, leadership training, church growth, and government relationships in the history are then compared and contrasted with current missiological writings in those areas. Even though the Bible does not directly address the question of the ancestor practices, the Scriptures do give guidance to the church of Jesus Christ in dealing with the problems associated with these rites.  The author exegetes passages in the Bible which are relevant to the subject of the ancestor practices and from his exegesis constructs a theology which speaks to major issues faced by Chinese Christians today.
