The project researched and used intentional interim and conflict resolution methods.  It included interviews with most members of the congregation, seminar training, and a weekend planning retreat.  Issues of change and power were encountered.  Research focused on conflict resolution sytles in the biblical narrative.  The project was written in modified case study format.
