There is a plan together with a training manual and the evaluation of the results of the research.  The result shows that the small group leadership training group was successful in terms of relationships, giving materials, and promoting spiritual growth.  Prayer and the relationship with God are the foundations of the ministry.  The small group improved through collecting materials and lengthening discussion time. It is based upon the churches alive growing by discipleship concept.  The project also presents a theological defense of the gospel. Two small groups' three outreaches into the community are presented and evaluated.  Various tools for such are included in the appendices.  The conclusions show that the outreaches may not result in many decisions for Christ initially.
