On the process of sermon development, the preacher should discover the single unified concept of a text in which its theology is stated followed by seeking its contemporary significance. Hence, the preacher must know the biblical world and the modern world. Activity centered around: 1) matters relating to Old Testament authority and the adoption of a methodology; 2) a treatment of narrative, poetic and prophetic genres of literature; and 3) two preaching labs.
