The final Sumbi CBS was based on research of sixteen different CBS sets, expat and national experts' input, the author's worldview study and the author's field test with thirteen national church planters. Key CPM principles implemented through CBS include sowing the Word abundantly, finding a Person of Peace, leading an oikos to Christ, forming House Churches, and equipping lay leaders. Their work, however, has not yet had a great impact on the Muslim sector of the population.  This study attempts to find solutions to this problem.  It consists of two surveys.  The first shows the attitudes and practices of the churches concerning church planting.  The second gives counsel from Muslim ministry workers on how to get the job done. This project undertakes a qualitative, historical, and descriptive study of eleven churches in areas of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Manila, and Penang.  In these Chinese urban churches where good growth has taken place with holistic evangelization and charismatic-type pastoral leadership, fruitful urban church planting and growth in Chinese communities emerge. Evangelism, administration, finances, worship, Bible teaching, and leadership are all inter-related elements involved in making disciples of Jesus Christ. The twelve churches in Bogota started from a Bible study of ten people and use the name Aposento Alto, which means Upper Room.
