The project was concerned about program objectives, design and results. The project examined theological, theoretical and cultural background studies useful to the appraisal. The project presented the history of the Home Bible Seminary in Thailand. A questionnaire was used to gain the students' perspective on the program. The study included recommendations on how to improve the program. The school was established to help mobilize, train and send missions workers from Malawi and the surrounding nations to unreached peoples. Using historiography and interviews, consultations and evaluation surveys, this development was traced through the school's phases: needs assessment, curriculum design and implementation. The findings indicated an overwhelming need for such a school of mission.
