The observers rated their pastors fairly highly, except for a significantly lower rating on their 'challenging the process.' These congregations were forty percent smaller that the average congregation in the United States. This project developed a seminar to encourage older women in practical godliness that they could teach in their churhces. The nine participants in Chimbote, Peru, were evaluated three months later to determine content remembered, behavioral impact, and experiences as they taught in their churches.
