To achieve this purpose, the project was divided into four phases.  The four phases were: to develop a program of instruction; to enlist individuals to participate in this program of study; to train the participants in the delegation process; and, to engage the participants in ministry activities of the church, using their enhanced delegation skills. Three communication skills were covered in six weekly training sessions.  Those skills were verbal, nonverbal, and listening.  Evaluation of the experimental group was performed by means of descriptive survey methodology, simple statistical analysis, and critical pastoral reflection. Statistically significant improvement of the entire experimental population was not observed, although the parent participants separately did demonstrate measurable improvement. From the time the first Christian church was established in Thailand to the present day, there has been little growth.  Most churches in Thailand remain weak and ineffective.  Some North American churches and the South Korean churches of the second half of the twentieth century have both prayed and fasted for their countries as a regular practice, resulting in an increased number of believers.
