Following the Ministry Skill Enhancement Model, I researched the field of visionary leadership and missional movements to identify components of effective vision-casting and missional living. The implementation of the project was accomplished through the delivery of a series of compelling and actionable teachings that expounded upon the biblical components of effective missional living. At selected points within the implementation of the project, I enlisted expert evaluators and select members  of First Baptist Church, Locust Grove, Georgia, to respond with questionnaires, assessments, or reviews —in accordance with their roles. The project director utilized the preaching skills enhancement model. The development of this project involved researching the field of doctrinal preaching, investigating the components of a doctrinal sermon, and assembling a group of participants to partake in surveys and sermon responses. The project required the director to utilize the information attained through research to write a doctrinal sermon series on scriptural authority and effectively preach the sermons sequentially. The project director selected married couples of the church, and he equipped them with marriage mentoring skills. These couples became in turn potential coaches with the ability to train other couples living with marital issues. This ensures a granted path to the transmission of values, skills, and character qualities, focusing on a lifetime marriage.\r\n\r\nThe project director began to research the field of marriage mentoring and to identify essential skills. The result of this research drove him to design a workshop plan using the existing workshop models, comparing and analyzing them in order to reach the most effective training workshop in marriage mentoring. With the findings of his research, the project director completed the workshop by drafting and delivering a series of training sessions to equip the selected couples of First Haitian Baptist Church of Pompano Beach, Florida, with marriage mentoring skills.
