Dedicated Cameroonians sacrificed their lives for the sole purpose of the expansion of the gospel.  Very often they are forgotten in the shadows of the missionary.  This study focuses attention on the life and ministry of five dynamic Cameroonian evangelists who took the gospel from the coast of Cameroon back to their homes in the interior of the country. Historical and anthropological methods of research are used to secure information.  The majority of information was available from secondary sources.  This study enumerates ten strategies of evangelism implemented by the evangelists and supported by Scripture. The author studied other other Asian sending agencies, especially the Domei mission (TEAM) in Japan.  A constitution and bylaws were written for the new Taiwanese sending agency, and compared with other Taiwanese agencies' organizational policies to ensure compatibility with Chinese thinking, methodology and culture. Four questionnaires were responded to by 64 Zairian Mennonites and 10 Mennonite missionaries. Historical research was done at the Africa Inter-Mennonite Mission (AIMM) headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana.  Used also were interviews, missiological writings, biblical research, and the writer's missionary experience. It claims to derive from Christian roots, but it spreads unbiblical and biased interpretations of the gospel to the unprepared masses.  This work attempts a detailed analysis of Minjung theology, showing it as an alien, mosaic product of modern liberal syncretic theologies despite its claims of being a Korean Christian theology.  Examination from the viewpoint of evangelical theology reveals how seriously Minjung theologians depart from the teachings of the Scriptures. Cultural principles of teaching, learning, and leading are drawn from ethnological studies of West African cultural teaching events, African philosophical definition of knowledge and wisdom, and cultural expectations of leadership.  The study provides seventeen biblically sound and culturally based principles for teaching, learning, and leading in an African training institute. A new model for church-mission partnership, characterized by mutual responsibility and interdependence is suggested. Called 'project mode,' this new paradigm for participatory partnership was submitted to 23 mission organizations for their evaluation.
