Cultural principles of teaching, learning, and leading are drawn from ethnological studies of West African cultural teaching events, African philosophical definition of knowledge and wisdom, and cultural expectations of leadership.  The study provides seventeen biblically sound and culturally based principles for teaching, learning, and leading in an African training institute.
