The goal proposed was the initiation by Northwest Bible College students of professional ministry of their own individual codes of personal conduct for use in their professional ministries. This report describes the completion of objectives used to achieve the project's goal.  These objectives were the recruitment of students, development of the project program, implementation of the program, and initiation of the codes by participants. All persons currently holding leadership positions and persons who expressed interest in being trained as leaders were asked to participate.  A six-week course was designed to give the participants a new vision of what church leadership can mean as well as develop a better understanding of the specific tasks of leaders.  The program included didactic sessions, role play exercises, a field trip to Oklahoma City, and a planning retreat in Lamasas, Texas. The project involved a five week study on nuclear war, out of which a proposal was presented to the general board of the congregation that Rush Creek Christian Church become a 'shalom congregation'. This is a national program of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) which involves a congregation committing one year of making the issue of peace the center of their worship, study, and action.  The motion to become a 'shalom congregation' failed.
