Project surveys indicate that students perceive poverty, are bothered by the sight of it, know that God loves the poor, and yet they are not personally involved with the poor. This project develops a program to improve conflict management skills of a Canadian Chinese church. Beginning with research into biblical views and contemporary theories of conflict, the project reviews Chinese concepts of 'harmony,' 'honor,' and relational patterns of thinking. A descriptive research was used to understand their worship situation and the correlation between personality types and worship preferences.  A questionnaire and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test were used as instrument.  The study showed that, in general, members of CMinBC churches lack understanding of biblical worship.
