The answer is a resounding yes. This project includes two parts. The first part is a case study of a new pastor and an older congregation working together with the Holy Spirit to turn around a fifty year decline in attendance. Although the project's original purpose was not to convince that Dionysius was the initial Athenian bishop, convert of Paul (Acts 17:34), it emerged from the actual writings and early attestations that no other chronology was as consistent. There is strong possibility that his given Christian name during the Arcanum period was Theophilus (viz his writings). His mentor, John the Evangelist, he called 'Theologus' or 'Hierotheus'.  (Ignatius was called 'Theophorus', etc).
