The writer will develop an effective leadership model that empowers young adults to assume leadership roles within a reasonable timeframe in comparison to the present paradigm. The research will address the overall history and social climate of the church as its relates to the current leadership model. The action research method guided this intervention and engaged thirty-nine pastors and a group of laity in training, surveys, and interviews which examined this researcher's practice in the Capitol District.
