The author researched how study of the missional ecosystem helped to move a congregation beyond a limited benevolence outreach to an effective ministry with special focus on ministry to the adolescent. This missional conversation is framed within the larger missio-ecclesiological theology. God's mission to the world can only be understood through the incarnate Word of God. Incarnation is presented as the model for fulfilling God's purpose in the world. The study revealed the church was looking for others to take on this role. The work of the project reinforces the role of the congregation in faith sharing, specifically with youth.
