The major academic background is John Wesley's social holiness. The purpose of this thesis is to apply John Wesley's social holiness to young adult groups. The practice of this project was performed in the Chuncheon Central Methodist Church in Korea. The author has been trying several things - sermons, offerings, service club (Dream Tree), and summer Bible school for children with his young adult group. The author found new possibilities for the transformation of Korean churches by means of the social holiness movement which John Wesley and the early Methodists began. The author examined the meaning and importance of volunteer works from the Bible and history. In addition, the author studied John Wesley's movement of revival and his practice of love, and discussed the influence on personal and social holiness through it. Next, the author practiced a project called 'Diakonia Training School' for five weeks for ten members of Beautiful Church. All of the participants experienced many changes in their personal faith and the community of faith through the training.
