The project focused on local evangelism for the surrounding area of the two campuses of the church using demographic and psychographic research. Demographics describe who people are while psychographics explains what people prefer. The project director contracted with Church Answers to obtain demographics and psychographics. Dr. Sam Rainer disaggregated the data obtained from the report.The goal of the demographic and psychographic analysis was to determine marketing and outreach strategies best suited for the community surrounding both campuses of the church.  The demographics and psychographics of the campuses were similar, but the strategy planning team identified differences that would produce different focuses for each campus. The next stage of the project was researching best practices of evangelistic outreach utilized by effective churches. The project director surveyed and interviewed selected ministers from evangelistic churches to determine best practices in the field of evangelistic outreach. Through the entire process if planning and implementing the project, the results of the project director's expository preaching skill improvement and the congregation's awareness of the biblical text were presented.The project director looked at the current situation of ministry in this age and recognized that the word of God must be properly proclaimed through the language of the preachers. There are many ways to deliver God's words, but in this project adopted the principle of expository preaching, which correctly interprets and explains the biblical text. In order to discover common theories of expository preaching, traditional expository preaching theories were analyzed, and based on these, more advanced alternatives were found and methods to be applied to expository preaching texts were studies. Based on the theories discovered through study, a preaching text written by applying modern preaching to the traditional expository preaching theory was preached and was evaluated by congregations of Happy Baptist Church. Driven by low birth rate, worldwide population aging is expected to accelerate in the future. Churches are also faced with a crisis in which the number of children and the younger generation going to church is falling and growth stalled. Strengthening the senior ministry, which is demanded by the world we live in today, is a mission Churches must take upon themselves and a way to change this crisis into an opportunity. The project director first conducted extensive research on materials related to senior ministry and based on vigorously researched theories, set specific directions for the senior ministry of a church to take. Then, through research and analysis of the unique environment of Atlanta Bethany United Methodist Church, the project director carried out the process of developing an effective senior ministry strategy.The strategy was developed through a process of establishing a strategy development team within the Church and, through four meetings, building common understanding and gathering opinions, and conducting surveys. The finalized strategy was presented to the Church’s official committee and received approval. The outcomes of each state were sent three times to outside specialists, and the strategy was completed after making revisions based on their assessments. In this process, it was assessed that the ministerial goal of developing a senior ministry strategy as well as personal career development goal of enhancing knowledge of senior ministry and improving strategy development skills were sufficiently achieved. For this multicultural ministry strategy development model, the project director first studied the areas of professional strategic planning and development, and studied the practical application cases for multicultural ministry in order to establish and develop general strategic planning. Second, through the process of studies, the project director identified a theoretical basis for the local church to actively participate in the multicultural ministry, and developed a specific multicultural ministry strategy that can be applied in the present situation of the church. Third, the project director presented a developed multicultural ministry strategy for approval to a selected group of leaders of One Heart Baptist Church.It also reflected the objective evaluation of experts on the achievement of the proposed ministry goals and professional goals for this project. In order to do this, the project director researched sermons and created a sermon model. The project directory created eight part model sermons to his congregation during Sunday worship. A group of experts assessed the model sermons and their assessments were used to determine the sermons’ effect and reach. From the research and assessments the project director was able to find the key factors of sermon skills and made a plan to improve sermon skills. He also looked at the before and after of the congregation’s spiritual awareness to find changes and made that the focus of his results.
