The fraternity invites Catholic priests to pray together, to encourage, support, strengthen and enjoy each other as a 'band of brothers'. Our research studied current American culture which shows the Catholic Church to be shrinking. A method for quickly and discreetly evaluating the theological world of family members is developed, worship elements corresponding to preferred theological world are defined, and guidelines for evaluation of the effectiveness of the resulting service are established. This approach was utilized by the author with 15 families having no formal church affiliation.
