The project director researched pertinent skills needed for effective cross-cultural mission work in order to prepare FBCG members for efficient service. Furthermore, this project led to the development of a curriculum that will be used to train and equip select FBCG members in cross-cultural mission skills. The project director's equipping of members is key for stronger impact and success in FBCG short-term mission trips. In addition to equipping FBCG members, the project director sought to accomplish two professional goals. The first goal was to increase the project director's knowledge of cross-cultural mission skills. The attainment of this goal guided the director in equipping individuals for more efficient cross-cultural service. Trinity Baptist Church is located in a city that is seeing phenomenal growth and change, from being a small farming community to the second largest municipality in Orange County, Florida.  Many of the people moving to our community are members of the Bridger Generation, which is the second largest generation in American history.  This generation is very different from previous generations.  The challenge for the church is to develop a strategy to evangelize the young adults.  This project researched strategic methods used to evangelize young adults.  Upon completion of the research, the project director led a select group of young adults to create a strategy to evangelize young adults in Apopka, Florida. At the completion of the project, the project director acquired an increased knowledge of inner-city families' needs. Teachers must be equipped to teach Bible studies to Haitian church members in Creole, French, and English.  The project director designed a project that would help Haitian teachers integrate each language according to their specific roles in the church setting.
