The project demonstrated that the poor are central to the church's concept of justice, and central to its mission.  Results obtained from seminarians' evaluations and the objective results of the Readiness for Ministry Profile indicated that the seminarians were likely to possess five of the six qualities deemed necessary for ministry for justice. The nature of change and the need for creative planned change leads to development of biblical and theological rationale for change in the Christian context.
