She asked the question: could she create a standard training curriculum for the officers/leaders of New Hope Free Will Baptist Church that would serve as a prototype for other churches of the Free Will denomination? First, survey questionnaires that asked about the ministry selection process and required qualifications for this selection were sent to churches participating in the study. The data was collected, compared and contrasted with other researched information. She developed a training model, piloted the proposed model, and made an oral presentation. The author used the additional feedback to report the results, recommendations, and limitations of a formal structural leadership training program."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5a6e4a36-5801-4bff-8e61-86d7489efb4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799720790609887232,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T03:11:34.707Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T12:47:58Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T03:17:33Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"95cbe126-c599-4e34-a95b-175545a28d66","accessControl_ssim":["58d9f30c-a4ce-4e68-9fec-e8bb96020669"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Bridging the theological divide: one woman's journey"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T12:47:57Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T02:31:03Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["f966ffc5-2e68-4dd8-91aa-d63bc558fde0"],"hasLease_ssim":["41b135c7-a9a8-4dfd-b5da-ffacffab66af"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Lewis A Parks"],"year_tesim":["2009"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. Ways for local churches to extend hospitality to female clergy and the need for female clergy to likewise extend hospitality are discussed."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5a6e4a36-5801-4bff-8e61-86d7489efb4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799721217714814976,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T03:18:22.026Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T11:41:03Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T01:39:22Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"1663b347-8ae5-4ecb-b6ca-bbf0af59ae1e","accessControl_ssim":["5e02ee5a-f5af-49d5-95de-85684fab3246"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["A devotional calendar for United Methodists with stories and spiritual practices of the saints"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T11:41:03Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-16T22:46:52Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["64a253e8-43da-41a3-ab62-3b984127297a"],"hasLease_ssim":["26bd580e-d18c-4bd9-9994-4c794b85bcdb"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Lewis A Parks","Laurence Hull Stookey"],"year_tesim":["2007"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min.
