This plan was marginally successful. The pastor was moved before being able to fully realize the results of the plan. The plan was implemented between January 1, 1998 and June 2000."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5a6e4a36-5801-4bff-8e61-86d7489efb4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799720975731785728,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T03:14:31.252Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T07:14:01Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T02:03:51Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"494a3595-57b4-4162-b978-b0c3c8859b43","accessControl_ssim":["01331c8e-eaf7-4eb4-956a-65629ad0116b"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Cham sae church members: a case study in the church's ministry of hospitality"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T07:14:01Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T00:16:47Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["caad33af-b925-4945-b4a0-ec4655a20fe7"],"hasLease_ssim":["b9641901-6a59-43fe-bff9-b04ddf512dc8"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Lewis A Parks"],"year_tesim":["2002"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. The author studies the historical origins of the denomination and sister denominations to determine the ecology of the Church. Community diversity and postmodernism influence this problem. The author interviewed 68 individuals regarding reasons for leaving churches. Sociological differences, varying stages of faith development, and possible misunderstanding give insight on the gap between pastor and congregants. Rediscovering the communal foundation of the Eucharist may help. The author suggests the development of a mediation team to mitigate the stressors causing pastor/parishioner problems to polarize."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5a6e4a36-5801-4bff-8e61-86d7489efb4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799721709100597248,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T03:26:10.648Z","score":1.0}],"facets":[{"name":"resource_type_sim","items":[{"value":"D.Min.
