The cohort will address religious culture shifts from majority Anglo to a more ethnically diverse one in the Metro District, Western North Carolina Conference, The United Methodist Church. Could the senior pastor by mentoring staff and leaders move the church toward a more missional way of being a church? The author developed a curriculum and a process to train and develop missional leaders in the church. The process included classroom work and actual missional experiences in the community.
