Could the senior pastor by mentoring staff and leaders move the church toward a more missional way of being a church? The author developed a curriculum and a process to train and develop missional leaders in the church. The process included classroom work and actual missional experiences in the community. The second ministry tool is a resource list that is available through the Virginia Annual Conference Mid-Sized Task Force.
