Second, he evaluated the current bilingual way of preaching and whether it could support creating harmony between Korean members and other ethnic groups at the Alpha Korean Community Church in Washington, DC by interviewing co-pastors, distributing surveys, and receiving professional advice. The author interviewed and surveyed the X and Y generations, researched biblical prophets and examined cultural influences. A qualitative case study method was used. The thesis was supported by the study though there was indication that the longer and more experiential the exposure mentors received to traditional spiritual disciplines the more effective they became.
