This simply means that Bridgers learn visually, are drawn to experiences and desire meaningful relationships. They are also extremely tolerant of others. The research discloses that in addition to traditional youth ministry, successful ministry to Bridgers will also include communication that is full of imagery, rich relationships, authentic experiences and an understanding of tolerance. Often those of us who find ourselves in these situations look for a pre-packaged program that will simply plug into the current church. The research discloses that pre-packaged programs have a fatal flaw in that they are not transculturally friendly. It also discloses that it is better to develop a program based on the specific culture in which the church is located.
