The focus of this project is to understand the theological rationale for unity among diversity within the church and to give principles of how a church can transition into a church for all people. The biblical basis for inclusion in a local church as a necessity for spiritual growth is established, and the core beliefs, values, and procedures of Compass Church are systematized and developed into an effective and engaging curriculum.
