The significance of the book of Revelation, especially Revelation 12 and 13, is presented as the theme book for developing a strong biblical foundation. Based on her study, this researcher recommends a stronger integration of biblical theology and missiology in order to establish a biblical foundation for spiritual warfare. In addition, this research suggests a need of a leadership or mission conference for the development of leaders in cross-cultural contexts. A telephone survey solicits data from 169 churches, and a random sample of 30 churches are personally interviewed using an extended survey instrument.  The project subjects responses to exploratory and inferential analyses, using the multiple and stepwise regressions. This project proposes that this moment in history Christians could effect a massive worldview change among contemporary Chinese intellectuals. Among them are three large and well-known churches--Nairobi Pentecostal Church, founded by Canadian missionaries; St Andrew Presbyterian Church, founded by Scottish missionaries; and All Saints Anglican Cathedral, founded by English missionaries.  While elite, multiethnic Christian national members of these churches, many of whom are beneficiaries of the long missionary presence, begin to catch the missionary vision, it is necessary to explore and examine, on the basis of Christology, some of the factors that have kept them from a missionary vocation. The author did research to find relevant seminar topics.  Six seminars were then developed by the author and presented over a period of one semester to fifteen students.  After four months, the author evaluated the effects of the seminars on the students' lives and ministries. Three seminars were found to be helpful and the rural students had been effectively trained for city ministry. Three out of four respondents from a broad spectrum of missionary roles and boards would train again at Houghton and credit the hard work, discipline, spiritual growth, examples of faculty and academic input (especially Bible courses) in college days with their development.
