Interviews, focus groups, and research into masculinity and its development from the scripture and other literature formed a basis from which to make recommendations for future ministry. The class met through an entire academic year, once every two weeks, to learn, interact, and receive training on how to be the most effective residence hall assistant.  The upper class students who participated in the program received three hours of general studies credit.
