Interviews, focus groups, and research into masculinity and its development from the scripture and other literature formed a basis from which to make recommendations for future ministry. Considerable attention is given in the manual to biblical examples of conflict and to cross-cultural factors that influence the way conflict is dealt with in other cultures.  Sources of material included books, articles, and DMN courses on conflict management, inter-cultural negotiations, and cross-cultural management. I also drew from my personal observations as well as those of my associates serving with GMU International. The manual has five major sections.  They are designed for a series of five seminar sessions of two to three hours each. The class met through an entire academic year, once every two weeks, to learn, interact, and receive training on how to be the most effective residence hall assistant.  The upper class students who participated in the program received three hours of general studies credit. Research among health care institutions, health care and legal professionals, libraries, and public media revealed that virtually no annotated bibliographies had been compiled, except for three which treated the subject specifically.  One did so exstensively, but was only current through 1974.  The project presents the challenge of euthanasia as it is reflected in the literature of proponents and opponents alike, with a descriptive annotation of each writer's view. It lists approximately nine hundred fifty outstanding up-to-date works relative to homicide: feticide, genocide, infanticide, and suicide; religion: Christianity and Judaism; sociologically oriented fields: economical, ethical, familial, individual, legal, medical, moral, philosophical, psychological, and social; technological: drugs, genetics, machines, and transplants. Author and title indexes provide for quick research. The project deals with the historical, theological, biblical, and missiological perspectives of the project. It then sets forth an organizational structure and an educational philosophy for the proposal. Finally, it proposes specific curricula for both undergraduate and graduate levels of ministerial education. Field interviews and library research comprised the primary methodology. Church administration is a valid course for students preparing to serve churches in the New Testament Church movement. It seeks to answer the question: 'Looking at the hostage crisis, what lessons are there to be learned by the mission in managing such a crisis?' The project makes use of relevant literature, materials related to the crisis, and interviews with involved personnel to answer this question.
