The second chapter tries to find the patterns of pilgrim in Biblical and theological backgrounds. The third chapter tries a historical approach to Dongbaekjeong church and Appenzeller Memorial Hall. The first chapter raises the two problems and states the purpose. The second chapter consists of a theological understanding of maturity based on biblical theology, church historical theology, John Wesley's concepts of maturity and means of grace, early Korean Bible Classes, and how they can apply to today's 'Bible Classes Programs for Maturity of Local Church Congregations.'
