This project was designed to provide two tools to enhance that process for those involved in staff ministry within the Church of the Nazarene.  The report outlines a traditional understanding of ministry within a denominational context.  It researches areas of verbalized concern from interviews, discusses potential barriers to staff ministry due to denominational polity, and develops communication tools to enhance effectiveness in ministry.
