Much mutuality is found among a group of self-directed learners in a learning cell group. Church leaders who are on the cutting edge of ministry must learn to accept and deal with conflict in a positive manner.  This is the thesis of the project.  An initial theology of conflict is developed and is compared with secular theories of conflict currently having influence.  A rationale for the material is included as well as test results from the first group to use the manual.
