The specific objective was to develop and implement a philosophy that would function effectively among congregants who are predisposed to either a more traditional (in this case, Nazarene) worship style or a more contemporary worship style. An instrument of evaluation consisting of interviews with principals and questionnaires of students and alumni was prepared and administered. The findings were analyzed.  It was observed that since institutional integration was not possible, nor advisable, the best way to cooperate and share resources would be to suggest degree program integration. This would assist to integrate knowledge, experience, and practical skills in a balanced way.
