Attitude change was determined through the use of a questionnaire that was administered prior to and following the delivery of four sermons.  A comparison of the scores indicated the attitudes of the congregation did not change.  There was evidence that the attitudes of some members did change. Its primary purpose was to determine the extent to which members and attenders of a large suburban church were being incorporated into its life and organizational structure.  A research questionnaire and a series of interviews with church members who had dropped out of active involvement with the church were the research tools used to gather data, the analysis of which was used to determine the degree of assimilation. The purpose of this project is to discover the factors contributing to rapid Korean church growth through research questionnaires and personal interviews. Discovering factors are: there were no cultural problems and religious opposition in preaching the gospel, and political unrest made Korean people depend upon God.  The first mission policies were adapted well to the Korean church.  Korean Christians study the Bible earnestly, pray fervently, and evangelize without ceasing.
